THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF THE CYCLEWAY SITUATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF A5135 ELSTREE WAY, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2017

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above
Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit
all pedal cyclists from using the cycleway situated on the south side of A5135
ElstreeWay, Borehamwood from its junction with Maxwell Road south westwards
for adistance of approximately 40 metres ("the Cycleway").
Pedal Cyclists will need to dismount and use the adjacent footway.
The Order is needed because electrical cabling works are proposed to be executed
on or near the Cycleway.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 25 September 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Cycleway. Acopy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and
public holidays).

adistance of approximately 370 metres.
9. thatlength of De Vere Walk, Watford from its junction with Langley Way south eastwards for its entire length.

10. thatlength of Capelvere Walk, Watford from its junction with Langley Way

north westwards for its entire length.
11. thatlength of Richmond Drive, Watford from its junction with Langley Way

south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with Parkside Drive,
adistance of approximately 340 metres.
12. thatlength of Bellmount Wood Avenue, Watford from its junction with Langley Waynorth westwards, northwards and north eastwards to its junction with CassioburyDrive, adistance of approximately 428 metres.

13. thatlengthofBerceau Walk, Watford from its junction with Langley Way south eastwards for its entire length.

14. thatlengthofTrefusis Walk, Watford from its junction with Langley Way

north westwards for its entire length.
15. thatlengthofParkside Drive, Watford from its junction with Langley Way

south eastwards to its junction with The Gardens, adistance of
approximately 495 metres. The Order is needed to ensure public safety and prevent accidents during the 'CassioburyPark Fireworks Display'.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 4November 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. Acopy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and
public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING AND TEMPORARYWAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at anytime on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. thatlength of Nascot Wood Road, Watfordfromits junction with Ridge Lane south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with Langley Road, adistance of approximately 832 metres.

An alternative route will be via Ridge Lane, A411 Hempstead Road and Langley Road.
2. thatlength of Park Road, Watford from its junction with Langley Road south eastwards to its junction with Church Road, adistance of approximately

483 metres.
An alternative route will be via Langley Road and Church Road.
3. thatlength of Stratford Road, Watford from its junction with Langley Road north eastwards to its junction with Church Road, adistance of approximately 354 metres.

An alternative route will be via Langley Road and Church Road.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near
the Roads.

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Batchworth Lane, Northwood from its junction with Davenham Avenue south westwards to its junction with Ardross Avenue ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 205 metres. An alternative route will be via Farm Way, Woodfield Avenue, The Fairwayand
Batchworth Lane.
The Order is needed because electrical cabling works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 9October 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYWAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING RESTRICTIONS ON VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD DURING THE 'CASSIOBURY PARK FIREWORKS DISPLAY") ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicles from waiting, loading and unloading on both sides of the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-
1. thatlength of Gade Avenue, Watford from its junction with A412 Rickmansworth Road north westwards and north eastwards for its entire length.

2. thatlength of Swiss Avenue, Watford from its junction with Gade Avenue north eastwards to its junction with CassioburyPark Avenue, adistance of approximately 305 metres.

3. thatlength of Swiss Close, Watford from its junction with Swiss Avenue

north westwards and clockwise for its entire length.
4. thatlength of Shepherds Road, Watford from its junction with A412 Rickmansworth Road north westwards for its entire length.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARYCLOSINGOFBRIDLEWAY CROXLEY GREEN 17
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intend to make an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians, horseriders and cyclists from using thatlengthof Bridleway Croxley
Green 17, over the River Gade, for an approximate distance of 20 metres.
Alternative Route: via footbridge near Byewaters
The purpose of the Order is to enable bridge works to take place.
The section of Bridleway Croxley Green 17 will be closed on or after 9th October 2017 for up to 6months, whensigns are in place. Works are expected to take 2
weeks to complete.
