HARINGEY COUNCIL - PUBLIC NOTICE VARIOUS ROADS - PROPOSED BICYCLE PARKING PLACES THE HARINGEY (PEDAL CYCLE PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 201*
AND VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AMENDMENT ORDERS T58
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 63 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be to introduce new bicycle parking places at the following locations:-
a) Broadwater Road N17, the west side, outside No. 116 Broadwater Road;
b) Coolhurst Road N8, the north-east side, outside Charlotte Court;
c) Cornwall Ave N22, the south-east side, outside Cornwall Court;
d) Cornwall Road N4, the south-east side, along the flank wall of No. 19 Oakfield Road;
e) Falkland Road N8, the south side, outside No. 52 Falkland Road;
f) Falmer Road N15, the south-west side, along the flank wall of No. 10 Clarence Road;
g) Gloucester Road N17, the south-west side, outside No. 38 Gloucester Road;
h) Langham Road N15, the north-east side, along the flank wall of No. 43 Belmont Road;
i) Mount Pleasant Road N17, the east side, outside No. 85 Mount Pleasant Road;
j) North View Road N8, the north side, along the flank wall of
No. 161 Nightingale Lane; k) Perth Road N4, the south-east side, outside Stroud Green
I) Ridge Road N4, the south side, outside No. 26 Ridge Road; m) Tower Gardens Road N17, the south side, along the flank wall of No. 108 Waltheof Road.
the parking places would be 2 metres wide and 2.5 metres in length.
3. Copies of the proposed Orders, and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders, and plans showing the locations and effects of the Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at www.haringey.gov.uk/traffic_orders.
4. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Traffic Management Group, Alexandra House, 5th Floor, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or to firstname.lastname@example.org within 21 days from the date of this Notice.
