The London Borough of Haringey (Wards Corner Regeneration Project) Compulsory Purchase Order 2016
WHEREAS the London Borough of Haringey has submitted to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, for confirmation of an Order made by them under section 226 (1)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the Acquisition of Land Act 1981, which would authorise them to acquire compulsorily the land referred to in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of facilitating the carrying out of development, redevelopment or improvement on or in relation to the land.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public local inquiry into this matter will be held by the London Borough of Haringey at Haringey Civic Centre, High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 8LE on Tuesday 11 - Friday 14, Tuesday 18 - Friday 21 and Tuesday 25 - Friday 28 July 2017 at 10.00 a.m.
A copy of the Order and of the accompanying map may be seen on request at all reasonable hours at the following venues (i) Civic Centre High Road Wood Green London N22 8LE and (ii) Marcus Garvey Library Tottenham Green Leisure Centre 1 Philip Lane London N15 4JA (Reference LEG/PP 51533 JXK). These documents are also available on the Council's website at www.haringey.gov.uk/wards-corner.
All interests except those already owned by the acquiring authority in the Order Land comprising land situated at Wards Corner, in the London Borough of Haringey including properties in Seven Sisters Road (Nos 709;711;713;715;717 and 719), Suffield Road (parking area formerly known as Nos 2 and 2a; buildings and yard formerly known as Nos 4 and 6; 8;10;12;14;16;18;20; 22;24 ;26; 28 and 30), West Green Road (1;1a;1b;3 to7;
9 to 11) and the High Road (227 to 259; incorporating Seven Sisters Market) including the sub soil of parts of those highways.
