HARINGEY COUNCIL - PUBLIC NOTICE VARIOUS LOCATIONS - PROPOSED INTRODUCTION/ AMENDMENT/REMOVAL OF WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND PARKING PLACES THE HARINGEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201* AND VARIOUS PARKING PLACES ORDERS T11

1.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:-

a) introduce new double yellow lines waiting restrictions operating at any time in the following roads: Alexandra Park Road N22, Ashley Road N17, Baden Road N17, Broadlands Road N6, Burlington Road N15, Cadoxtan Avenue N15, Craven Park Road N15, Daleview Road N15, Elm Park Avenue N15, Fairview Road N15, Ferndale Road N15, Gladesmore Road N15, Grand Avenue N10, Grove Avenue N15, Grovelands Road N15, Heysham Road N15, Holcombe Road N17, Landsdowne Road N15, Lealand Road N15, Lockmead Road N15, Norfolk Avenue N15, Olinda Road N15, Paignton Road N15, Riverside Road N15, Rostrevor Avenue N15, Vartry Road N15, View Close N6, Wargrave Avenue N15, Waverley Road N8 and Wellington Avenue N15;

b) introduce new single yellow line waiting restrictions in Pages Lane N10 operating Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.;

c) convert existing single yellow line waiting restrictions in Lordship Lane N22 into operating Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m.to 7 p.m.;

d) convert existing single yellow line waiting restrictions into double yellow line waiting restrictions operating at any time in the following roads: Braemar Avenue N22, Lordship Lane N22 and Warberry Road N22;

e) extend the lengths of certain existing waiting restrictions in the following roads: Bedford Road N22, Bennetts Close N17, Commercial Road N18, Coolhurst Road N8, Coppetts Road N10, Crofts Lane N22, Dequincey Road N17, Mount View Road N4, Muswell Avenue N10, St. Ann's Road View Close N6 and N15, Southern Road N2, Wordsworth Parade N8;

f) remove or reduce the length of certain existing sections of existing waiting restrictions in the following roads: Church Road N6, Fairfax Road N8, Fairfield Road N8, Granville Road, N4, Hillfield Park Mews N10, Ranelagh Road N22, Vartry Road N15, View Close N6, Wolseley Road N8;

g) introduce loading restrictions in Lordship Lane N22 operating at any time and Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.;

h) remove or reduce the length of existing parking places in the following roads: Bedford Road N22, Bennetts Close N17, Commercial Road N18, Coolhurst Road N8, De Quincey Road N17, Mount View Road N4, Southern Road N2, View Close N6, Waverley Road N8 and Wordsworth Parade N8;

i) extend the length of existing parking places, in the following roads: Church Road N6, Fairfax Road N8, Fairfield Road N8, Granville Road N4, Ranelagh Road N22, View Close N6 and Wolseley Road N8;

j) introduce new parking parking places in the following roads:
Coolhurst Road N8: Ambulances only, at any time, Holcombe Road N17: The Hale business permit holders only, Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and View Close N6: Highgate Station Outer resident permit holders only, Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to noon; and

k) convert existing pay and display/pay by phone parking places in Station Road N22 into pay by phone operation.

3. Copies of the proposed Orders, and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders, and plans showing the location and effect of the Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at www.haringey.gov.uk/traffic_orders.

4. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Traffic Management Group, Alexandra House, 5th Floor, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or to traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk within 21 days from the date of this Notice.
