PUBLIC NOTICE - HARINGEY COUNCIL TURNPIKE LANE N8 - PROPOSED CYCLE LANE COPPETTS ROAD N10 - PROPOSED WAITING RESTRICTIONS THE HARINGEY (PEDAL CYCLE LANE) (AMENDMENT NO. 1) TRAFFIC ORDER 2017 THE HARINGEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. 51) ORDER 2017 T14 AND T22
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 27th April 2017 made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be toi­ls) introduce a cycle lane into a section of Turnpike Lane N8 located on

the south-east side, between its junction with Wightman Road and its junction with Tottenham Lane. The cycle lane will operate at any time; (b) introduce new single yellow line waiting restrictions operating between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive and double yellow line waiting restrictions operating at any time into certain sections of Coppetts Road N10 between its junction with Trott Road and Coppetts Wood Hospital.
3. Copies of the Orders referred to above, which will come into force on 8th May 2017, of plans which indicates the locations and effects of the Orders, and of a Statement of Reasons for making the Orders, may be inspected at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at www.haringey.gov.uk/traffic_orders.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
