Take notice that application is being made by: London Concrete Ltd for planning permission to: Vary Conditions 3, 27, 28 and 29 attached to planning permission ref: HGY/200S/0007, granted on 2 June 2006 for "Vie erection of a concrete batching plant, with associated hoppers, conveyors and ancillary facilities."

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: London Borough of Haringey Council

Local Planning Authority Address: Level 6, River Park House,

225 High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 8HQ.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations

about this application, should write to the Council within 21 days of the

date of this notice.
