NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY IN HERTFORDSHIRE THE HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (CROXLEY GREEN 23 AND 24) MODIFICATION ORDER 2016

The above named Order, made on 13th May 2016, was confirmed without modification by Hertfordshire County Council on 27th January 2017.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement by adding to them:
? a footpath from Croxley Green FP 10 to the E of the sports pavilion at TQ 0718 9561 and continuing along the path for 415m around Croxley Green recreation ground (past Croxley Green FP 24 atTQ 0733 9571) to Croxley Green FP 10 to theWof the parish council buildings atTQ 0737 9560.
-  a footpath commencing as a forked junction with Croxley Green FP 23 at TQ 0733 9571 then converging at TQ 0733 9572 and continuing N for 40m to Fuller Way at TQ 0733 9576.

A copy of the confirmed Order may be seen free of charge at Front Reception of Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Hertford, from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm on Monday to Friday and can be bought from Hertfordshire County Council at a cost of £2. A copy of the confirmed Order and Notice may also be seen at Three Rivers District Council, Northway, Rickmansworth, WD3 1RL. The Order becomes operative as from the date on which it was confirmed, but if a person aggrieved by the Order desires to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, or any regulation made thereunder, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he may, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 of the Act within 42 days from 10th March 2017, make application for the purpose of the High Court.
THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A4145 VICARAGE ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of A4145 Vicarage Road, Watford from its junction with A411 Exchange Road south westwards to its junction with A4178 Merton Road ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 215 metres, except for access.
An alternative route will be via A411 Exchange Road, Upton Road and A4178 (Cassio Road/Merton Road).
The Order is needed because utility maintenance works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 12 March 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions
specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF QUICKMOOR LANE/COMMONWOOD, SARRATT) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Quickmoor Lane/Commonwood, Sarratt from its junction with
Bucks Hill westwards and south westwards for a distance of approximately 766 metres ("the Roads"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Bucks Hill, Bottom Lane and Commonwood.
The Order is needed because utility connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 13 March 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions
specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.
A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding
weekends, bank and public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF RED LION LANE, SARRATT) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Red Lion Lane, Sarratt from its junction with Plough Lane south
westwards to its junction with The Green ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 470 metres, except for access.
An alternative route will be via Bottom Lane, Deadmans Ash Lane, Dimmocks Lane and The Green.
The Order is needed because utility installation works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 13 March 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions
specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding
weekends, bank and public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE SERVICE ROAD FRONTING NOS.529-563 ST ALBANS ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the service road fronting Nos.529-563 St Albans Road, Watford from its junction with Purbrock Avenue south eastwards for a distance of approximately 37 metres ("the Road").
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties
in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because the erection of hoarding is proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 27 March 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions
specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (OLD MILL ROAD AND THE MALTINGS, HUNTON BRIDGE) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2016
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce waiting restrictions in Hunton Bridge as specified in the Schedule to this Notice. The Order will come into effect on Monday 20 March 2017.
