THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN TOMS LANE, ABBOTS LANGLEY) ORDER 2016

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN TOMS LANE, ABBOTS LANGLEY) ORDER 2016
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14[1] of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Toms Lane, Abbots Langley from its junction with Primrose Hill north eastwards, south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with High Street ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 2355 metres, except for access.
An alternative route will be via Primrose Hill, Station Road, Gallows Hill, Gallows
Hill Lane, High Street, Bedmond Road and High Street.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides
of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near
the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 21 November 2016 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and
public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE BUS LANE SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF A412 ST ALBANS ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2016
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the bus lane situated on the west side of A412 St Albans Road, Watford from a point 240 metres north west of its junction with Lea Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 60 metres ("the Bus Lane"). There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being
carried out.
The Order is needed because utility connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Bus Lane.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 21 November 2016 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Bus Lane. A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and
public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HYDE LANE, NASH MILLS
AND GREEN LANE, WATFORD) ORDER 2016
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-
1. that length of Hyde Lane, Nash Mills from a point 70 metres north east of its junction with Lower Road north eastwards for a distance of approximately

20 metres.
An alternative route will be via Hyde Lane, Lower Road, Bunkers Lane, Bedmond Lane and Hyde Lane.
2. that length of Green Lane, Watford from a point 40 metres north of its junction with Sonia Close northwards for a distance of approximately 15 metres.

An alternative route will be via Green Lane, B4542 Brookdene Avenue, A4125
(Hampermill Lane/Eastbury Road), Oxhey Road and Green Lane.
The Order is needed because gas connection works are proposed to be
executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 21 November 2016 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and
public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF BUCKNALLS LANE, GARSTON AND ST STEPHEN PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY NO.008) ORDER 2016
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:-
1. To prohibit all traffic from using that length of Bucknalls Lane, Garston from its junction with Lemonfield Drive north eastwards to its junction with St Stephen Public Bridleway No.008 ("the Road"), a distance of approximately

86 metres.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. To prohibit all bridleway users from using St Stephen Public Bridleway No.008 from its junction with Bucknalls Lane north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with St Stephen Public Bridleway No.058 ("the Public Bridleway"), a distance of approximately 265 metres.

There is no alternative route available for bridleway users when the works
are being carried out.
The Order is needed because the replacement of existing water mains are proposed to be executed on or near the Road and Public Bridleway. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 25 November 2016 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road and Public Bridleway. A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and
public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SARRATT ROAD, SARRATT)
ORDER 2016
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Sarratt Road, Sarratt from a point in line with the western boundary of 'North Lodge' south eastwards, north eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Redhall Lane ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 1240 metres, except for access. An alternative route will be via Sarratt Road, Dimmocks Lane, The Green, Poles Hill, Dunny Lane, The Street, The Common, Bucks Hill, Toms Hill, Chandlers Lane
and Redhall Lane.
The Order is needed because tree cutting works are proposed to be executed
on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 8 December 2016 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. A copy of the proposed Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank
and public holidays).

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SOLESBRIDGE LANE, CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2016
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Solesbridge Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with The Readings north eastwards for a distance of approximately 100 metres
("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Solesbridge Lane, A404 (Rickmansworth Road/ Chorleywood Road), A412 (Park Road/Scots Hill), The Green, Sarratt Road and
Solesbridge Lane.
The Order is needed because customer connection works are proposed to be
executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 21 November 2016 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and
public holidays).
