(Foster Road, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2016
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Foster Road, in the Parish of Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point from a point approximately 20 metres north of its junction with Mornington Crescent, north for a distance of approximately 15 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28 November for six days or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new gas connections are installed.
The alternative route will be via Mornington Road, Goirle Avenue, Kamerwyk Avenue, and vice versa.
Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure. The Order will come into effect on 28 November 2016 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Footpath 9, Hullbridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2016.
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: to temporarily close that length of Footpath 9, Hullbridge in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 980m east from its junction with Ferry Road, east for a distance of approximately 250m.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th December 2016 for 3 months or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public due to repairs to existing sea defence.
Alternative route will be via: Ferry Road, Pooles Lane and Kingsman Farm Road.
The Order will come into effect on 5th December 2016 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are finished, whichever is the earlier.
(Eversley Road, South Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2016
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Eversley Road, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point from a point 40m east of its junction with Virginia Close for a distance of approximately 15 metres east.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th December 2016 for five days or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new gas connection is undertaken.
The alternative route will be via Mandeville Way, Stansfield Road, Rushbottom Lane and vice versa.
Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure. The Order will come into effect on 5th December 2016 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
