Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Bracknell Forest Borough Council is considering the disposal by way of grant of a lease of an area of and held and maintained as public open space to Winkfield Parish Council on a 125-year lease, for the use of open space and recreation areas. The site has an area of approximately 9255.22m2 (0.93ha).
A plan showing the land intended to be disposed of is available lor inspection at the offices of Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD in the Property Services section during the hours of 9.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively, it can be viewed on the Council's website

Any person who wishes to comment or object to the proposal should write to the Borough Solicitor, Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD setting out the reasons for their representation. The closing date for the receipt of representations is 09.00am 11th May 2022.
