(Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.5) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Part III & PV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To revoke the existing Permit Holders Only N, Mon-Sat 8am-6pm restrictions to introduce a Disabled Badge Holders Only bay on Little Grove Field, Harlow -NORTH WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 1.5m north west of the boundary of No.2/3 Little Grove Field, north west for approximately 5 metres.

2. To upgrade the existing advisory bay to enforceable Disabled Badge Holders Only bay on the following roads in the District of Harlow:
1) The Dashes - SOUTH EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 20 metres north east of its junction with Maddox Road, north east for approximately 5.5 metres.
2) Ladyshot - SOUTH SIDE: From a point in line with the shared boundary of No.139/140 Ladyshot, west for approximately 5.7 metres.
3) Shawbridge - SOUTH WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 6.5 metres south-east and opposite from the shared property boundary of No.144/145 Shawbridge, north west for approximately 5.7 metres.
4) Fold Croft - WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 0.25 metres north west of the shared boundary of No.118/119 Fold Croft, south east for approximately 6 metres.
5) Fold Croft - WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 1.4 metres south east of the shared boundary of No.264 & 265 Fold Croft, south east for 10 metres (2 Disabled Badge Holders Only Bays).
6) Spencers Croft - EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 12 metres south east of the extended northern building wall of 60 Spencers Croft, south east for approximately 5.7 metres.
7) Partridge Road -NORTH EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 1 metre north west of the south eastern building wall of No.301 -302 Bam Mead, north west for approximately 5.3 metres.
8) Partridge Road - SOUTH WEST SIDE: From a point in line with the boundary of No.286/287 Abbotsweld, north west for approximately 5 metres.
9) Little Brays - WEST SIDE: Bay to be located approximately 4 metres south of a point in line with the southern building line of No.9 Little Brays and will be approximately 5 metres in length.
10) Brockles Mead - NORTH EAST SIDE: From a point in line with north western building line of

No.11

-16 Brockles Mead, south east for approximately 7 metres.
11) Chapel Fields - NORTH EAST SIDE: From a point in line with the shared boundary of No.120 & 121 Chapel Fields, south east for approximately 6 metres.

3. To revoke Disabled Badge Holders Only bays on the following roads in the District of Harlow:
1) Potters Field - NORTH SIDE: From a point approximately 3.5 metres north east of the south western building wall of 159-161 Potters Field, north east for approximately 5.6 metres.
2) The Chantry - NORTH EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 15 metres south east of its junction with Mowbray Road, south east for approximately 6.6 metres.
3) Ram Gorse -SOUTH SIDE: From a point in line with the shared boundaries of 139 and 140 Ram Gorse, north east for approximately 6 metres.

4. To revoke the existing Resident Permit Parking Area B Mon-Sat 8am-8pm restrictions to introduce a Disabled Badge Holders Only bay on Morley Grove, Harlow -NORTH SIDE: From a point 17 metres north east of a point in line with the south western building line of 56 Morley Grove, north eastwards for 5 metres,

5. To revoke the existing Resident Permit Parking Area T Mon-Sat 8am-6pm restrictions to introduce a Disabled Badge Holders Only bay on The Hides, Harlow -NORTH EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 1.5 metres north west of the shared boundary of No.275 & 276 The Hides, south east for approximately 5.5 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TL430100JL435100JL440 080, TL440 095, TL440 097, TL440102, TL445 082, TL450 082, TL450 102, TL460 090, TL460 110, TL465 087, TL465102, TL470 082, TL470 085, TL475 085 revision 0 to revision 1 and substituting tile number TL445 100 revision 1 to revision 2. Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 4 December 2020.

Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision
contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Faggotters Lane, Matching) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Faggotters Lane, Matching in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with New Way Lane for a distance of approximately 430m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th December 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30055584249 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Workers Road, High Laver Road, Matching Road, Matching Tye Road, Harlow Road, Carters Green, Church Green and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 3rd December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Sedge Green, Nazeing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sedge Green, Nazeing in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 225m southwest of its junction with Dobbs Weir Road for a distance of approximately 165m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th January 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080NEA46284909A - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Middle Street, Nazeing Common, Common Road, Epping Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 3rd December 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Lippitts Hill, waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lippitts Hill, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 820m southeast of both junctions with Mott Street for a distance of approximately 525m in a southwesterly then southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th December 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWCCNJR0B002 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Lippitts Hill, Mott Street, Church Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 19th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Sheering Lower Road, Sheering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sheering Lower Road, Sheering in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 25m southeast of its junction with The Meadows for a distance of approximately 95m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th November 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410115707 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while hydrant replacement works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via Sheering Lower Road, Sheering Road, Harlow Road, The Street, Crown Close, Hatfield Heath Road, Chelmsford Road, Sawbridgeworth Road, Stortford Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 19th November 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
