PROPOSED INTRODUCTION/AMENDMENT/REMOVAL OF WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND PARKING

PLACES - VARIOUS LOCATIONS THE HARINGEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202* AND VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AMENDMENT ORDERS

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.



The general effect of the Orders would be

2. To revoke: -



(i) No waiting at given times at the following locations; outside 16 to 20 Queens Road N11, adjacent to 160 Maurice Avenue on Mark Road N22 and both outside and opposite 354 to 376 Green Lanes N4;



(ii) Resident permit holders only bays at the following locations; adjacent 60 and 62 Pulford Road N15 on Moreton Road N15, 10 and 12 Clarence Road on Falmer Road N15; 75 Black Boy Lane and 66 Abbotsford Avenue on Abbotsford Avenue N15, opposite 38 to 50 Clarence Road N15, 12 to 20 Station Crescent N15, oppositelO to 12 (outside The Hall) Clarence Road N15, outside 51 Langdon Park Road N6, and the entirety of Dagmar Road;



(iii) Residents and Pay by Phone shared use parking bay opposite 2 to 10 Clarence Road N15;



3. To introduce: -



(i) No loading between 7-10am and 4-7pm both outside and opposite 354 to 376 Green Lanes N4;



(ii) No waiting at any time outside the following locations; at the entrance to the Albert Road Recreation Ground on Durnsford Road N22, 16 to 20 Queens Road N11, both outside and opposite 354 to 376 Green Lanes N4;



(iii) No loading at any time at the following locations; opposite the flank wall of 142 Hornsey Park Road on Mayes Road N22 and outside Penwortham Court, Mayes Road N22, for its entire length;



(iv) No waiting during zone operating times outside 51 Langdon Park Road N6;



(v) an extension of 7 metres to the existing no waiting at any time restrictions, outside Hampstead Nursery on Hampstead Lane N6;



(vi) Resident permit holders only adjacent to 160 Maurice Avenue on Mark Road N22;



(vii) Resident and Pay by Phone shared use parking bay operating at zone hours, with a max stay of 2 hours, adjacent 60 and 62 Pulford Road N15 on Moreton Road N15;



(viii) Permit holder and Pay by Phone shared use parking bay operating at zone hours opposite 2 to 10 Clarence Road N15;



(ix) Permit holders only operating at zone hours adjacent to 10 and 12 Clarence Road on Falmer Road N15, 75 Black Boy Lane and 66 Abbotsford Avenue on Abbotsford Avenue N15, opposite 12 to 20 Station Crescent N15, 10 to 12 (outside The Hall) and 38 to 50 Clarence Road N15 and the entirety of Dagmar Road;



4. To amend the permit eligibility of the Crouch End A controlled parking zone so that 53A Shepherds Hill N6 and 149 Park Road N8 may be included within this;



5. Copies of the proposed Orders, and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders, and plans showing the location and effect of the Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at

www.haringey.gov.uk/traffic_orders

.



6. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Traffic Management Group, River Park House, 1 st floor, 225, High Road, Wood Green, N22 8HQ or to

traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk

within 21 days from the date of this Notice.
