ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FOOTPATH ELSTREE & BOREHAMWOOD 27 (AYOT PATH)

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FOOTPATH ELSTREE & BOREHAMWOOD 27 (AYOT PATH)
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council have made an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians from using thatlength of Footpath Elstree &Borehamwood 27 (Ayot Path), from Stanborough Avenue to Footpath 27d, for an approximate distance of 480 metres. Alternative route: via Stanborough Avenue, Stapleton Road, FP26 and FP27d The purpose of the Order is to enable surfacing works to take place. The section of Footpath will be closed on or after 27th April 2020 for up to 6 months, when signs are in place. Works are expected to take 10 days to complete. An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the east side of Monksmead, the footway situated on the north side of Arundel Drive, the footway situated on the west side of ThornburyGardens and the footway situated on the west side of Bullhead Road.
c) the footpath situated between No.166 and No.168 Gateshead Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Gateshead Road south eastwards to its junction with Crown Road, adistance of approximately 119m.

An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the south side of Gateshead Road, the footway situated on the east side of Grove Road and the footway situated on the north side of Crown Road.
d) the footpath situated to the rear of Nos.1-10 Hornbeam Close, Borehamwood from its junction with Grove Road westwards, south westwards and south eastwards for its entire length.

An alternative route will be via the footpath situated on the south and east sides of Grove Road and The Poplars and the footway situated on the east side of Ranskill Road.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road and Footpaths.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 27 April 2020 for aperiod of up to 6months. However,the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARYCLOSING AND TEMPORARYWAITING RESTRICTIONS IN FURZEHILL ROAD, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of Furzehill Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Tennison Avenue south eastwards to its junction with the A411 Barnet Lane/Farriers Wayroundabout ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 861m, exceptfor access. An alternative route will be via Furzehill Road, B5378 Shenley Road, A5135 (Elstree Way/ Rowley Lane), A1 Barnet Bypass Road and A411 Barnet Lane. ADDITIONALLYall vehicles are prohibited from waiting at anytime on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 27 April 2020 for aperiod of up to 18 months. (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF HILFIELD LANE, ALDENHAM) ORDER2020
NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of Hilfield Lane, Aldenham from its junction with Summerhouse Lane north westwards to its junction with Pegmire Lane ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 293m.
An alternative route will be via Hilfield Lane, SandyLane, A41 Elton Way, B462 Hartspring Lane and Hilfield Lane.
The Order is needed because utility maintenance works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 14 May 2020 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARYCLOSING AND TEMPORARYWAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN MAPLE CROSS AND RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at anytime on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. the service road fronting Nos.28-172 Denham Way, MapleCross from its junction with Chalfont Road south westwards for its entire length.

An alternative route will be via Chalfont Road, Hornhill Road and Woodland Road.
2. the service road fronting Nos.129-147 Highfield Way, Rickmansworth from its westernmost junction with Highfield Waysouth westwards, south eastwards and north eastwards for its entire length.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
3. the service road fronting Nos.12-36 Highfield Way, Rickmansworth from its westernmost junction with Highfield Waynorth eastwards, south eastwards and south westwards for its entire length.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
4. the service road fronting Nos.11-33 Highfield Way, Rickmansworth from its westernmost junction with Highfield Waysouth westwards, south eastwards and north eastwards for its entire length.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 11 May 2020 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARYTRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON STAINERS ROAD, BOREHAMWOOD AND VARIOUS FOOTPATHS IN BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following length of road ("the Road"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at anytime on both sides of this length of Road whilst works are in progress:-

a) thatlength of Stainer Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Organ Hall Road south eastwards, south westwards, north westwards, north eastwards, north westwards and south westwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. To prohibit all pedestrians from using the following lengths of footpath ("the Footpaths"):-

a) the footpath situated on the north west side of Nos.15-31 Rossington Avenue, Borehamwood from its junction with Darrington Road north eastwards to its junctions with Rossington Avenue, adistance of approximately 145m.

An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the east side of Darrington Road, the footway situated on the north side of Cromwell Road and the footway situated on the west side of Rossington Avenue.
b) the footpath situated on the north side of No.26 Monksmead, Borehamwood from its junction with Monksmead north eastwards and eastwards to its junction with Bullhead Road, adistance of approximately 69m.

(TEMPORARYCLOSING OF SHIRE LANE, CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of Shire Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with Lower Road north eastwards to its junction with Station Approach ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 83m.
An alternative route will be via Shire Lane, Heronsgate Road, Long Lane, A412 (Denham Way/Uxbridge Road/RectoryRoad),A404 (Chorleywood Road/ Rickmansworth Road/ Chenies Road/Amersham Road) and Green Street. The Order is needed because bridge maintenance works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 2May 2020 for aperiod
of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at
thetimes indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARYCLOSING OF GROVERROAD,WATFORD)ORDER2020
NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of Grover Road, Watford from its junction with A4008 Pinner Road south westwards for adistance of approximately 40m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via A4008 Pinner Road, Oxhey Avenue and Grover Road. The Order is needed because gas service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 27 April2020 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
