(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HAREFIELD ROAD, RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER NO.2 2020

HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL:
(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HAREFIELD ROAD, RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER NO.2 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section14(1) of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibitall vehicular traffic from using that length of
Harefield Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with Woodcock Hill northwestwards for a
distance of approximately 443m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Harefield Road, Rickmansworth Road, High Street, Church Hill,
Harvil Road, Moorhall Road, Moorfield Road, A412 (North Orbital Road/Denham Way/Uxbridge
Road), A404 (Riverside Drive/Church Street) and Harefield Road.
The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing telegraph poles is proposed to be
executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 6 May 2020 for a period of up to18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF HARTHALL LANE, BULLS GREEN) ORDER NO.2 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Harthall Lane, Bulls Green from its junction with Bedmond Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 600m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Bedmond Road,Church Hill, High Street, Toms Lane, Primrose Hill and Harthall Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service work are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 4 May 2020 for a period of up to18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF KELSHALL, WATFORD) ORDER NO.2 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Kelshall, Watford from a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.3 Kelshall southwestwards for a distance of approximately 32m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Kelshall, Westlea Avenue, York Way, Widgeon Wayand Kelshall. The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made,itshall come into force on 5 May 2020 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF QUEENS AVENUE, WATFORD) ORDER 2020
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the aboveOrder under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Queens Avenue, Watford from its junction with A4145 Hagden Lanenorth westwards to its junction with Belgrave Avenue ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 65m, exceptional access. An alternative route will be via A4145 Hagden Lane, Hagden Lane, Whippendell Road and Queens Avenue.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order hasbeen made and shallcome into force on 19 April 2020 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictionsspecified shallonly takeeffect at thetimesindicated by signs on or near theRoad.
