NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Si Albans City and District of St Albans Council (pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council) proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce parking restrictions in various roads in St Albans as specified in the schedule to this notice.
