HARINGEY COUNCIL - PUBLIC NOTICE VARIOUS LOCATIONS - PROPOSED INTRODUCTION/ AMENDMENT/REMOVAL OF WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND PARKING PLACES
THE HARINGEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201* AND VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AMENDMENT ORDERS T37
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to: -

a) introduce new double blips loading restrictions operating at any time:-

i. at the junction of Berners Road and Cranbrook Park N22;

ii. on the north-east side of Claremont Road opposite Nos. 89 to 99 Claremont Road N6;

iii. at the junction of Ellenborough Road and Granville Road N22, all arms, both sides;

iv. at the junction of Hampden Road, Hampden Lane, Campbell Road and Whitbread Close N17, all arms, both sides;

v. in Hampden Lane N17, the east to west arm both sides, its whole length (other than those areas covered by parking places or bollards);

vi. in Hampden lane N17, the north to south arm, both sides, at its junction with the east to west arm of Hampden Lane;

vii. in Berners Road N22, the east side, along the flank wall of No. 732 Lordship Lane and the west side, at its junction with Lordship Lane;

viii. in Berners Road N22, both sides, at its junctions with Hardy Passage and Gathorne Road;

ix. in Gresley Close N15, the whole of the south-east side, opposite Nos. 1 to 8 Gresley Close;

x. at the junction of Station Crescent N15 and Clinton Road N15

xi. at the junction of Station Crescent N15 and Gresley Close N15;

xii. at the junction of Dagmar Road N15 and Station Crescent N15;

xiii. at the junction of Clinton Road N15 and Clarence Road N15;

xiv. in Station Crescent N15 the west side, opposite nos. 84 to 94 Station Crescent;

xv. in Station Crescent N15, the whole of the south side;

xvi. at the junction of Station Crescent N15 and Clarence Road.

b) extend the length of existing double yellow lines operating at any time:-

i. on the west side of Black Boy Lane N15 at its junction with Etherley Road. This would require the removal of an existing shared, resident permit holders and pay by phone, operation parking place;

ii. on the east side of Corbett Grove N22 opposite Nos 8 and 9 Corbett Grove;

iii. in Berners Road N22 outside No. 6 Berners Road;

iv. in Berners Road N22 between its junction with Cranbrook Park and outside No. 12 Berners Road;

v. in Alexandra Park Road N10 outside No. 63 Alexandra Park Road.

c) convert existing single yellow lines waiting restrictions to double yellow line waiting restriction operating at any time in

i. Lordship Lane N17 outside Nos. 86 and 88 Lordship Lane into double yellow line waiting restrictions operating at any time;

ii. Station Crescent N15 opposite Nos. 20 to 40 Station Crescent;

iii. Cranbrook Park N22 on the north side, outside the Lord Nelson public house and No. 1 Cranbrook Park;

iv. Cranbrook Park N22 on the south side, outside Hardy Passage;

v. Lordship Lane N22 opposite No. 728 lordship Lane;

vi. Lordship Lane N22 outside No. 732 Lordship Lane.

d) convert existing single yellow lines waiting restrictions in Tivoli Road N8 outside Bright Horizens Nursery into double yellow line waiting restrictions operating at any time;

e) convert an existing shared, resident permit holders and pay by phone, operation parking place on the north side of Rutland Gardens N4 along the flank wall of No. 53 Green Lanes into pay by phone operation;

f) convert existing short term, pay by phone operation, parking places in Vale Road N4 outside Nos. 97 and 99 Vale Road into shared, permit holders only and pay by phone operation;

g) convert existing resident permit holders parking places into permit holders only parking places in all parts of Cranleigh Road N15, Etherley Road N15 and Terront Road N15,

h) convert an existing resident permit holders only operation parking place in Compton Crescent N17 into shared, permit holders and pay by phone operation, and extend its length to the boundary of Falconer Court;

i) convert part of a shared residents permit and pay by phone operation parking place in Berners Road N22 along the flank wall of No. 734 Lordship Lane into a solo motorcycle bay;

j) introduce double yellow line waiting restrictions operating at any time into
Hardy Passage on both sides for its whole length; k) introduce double yellow line waiting restrictions operating at any time into
Alexandra Park Road N10 outside Nos. 50 to 56 Alexandra Park Road.
3. Copies of the proposed Orders, and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders, and plans showing the location and effect of the Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at

4. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Traffic Management Group, River Park House, 181 floor, 225, High Road, Wood Green, N22 8HQ or to

traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk

within 21 days from the date of this Notice.
