Alterations and extensions to the "Coach House" grade II listed building and partial demolition to buildings within the curtilage to include in-filled courtyard with lift and staircase, glazed atrium, relocated main entrance with new clock turret, changes to fenestration and hard and soft landscaping to the new pedestrian approach. Reason: Listed Building & Application for Listed Building Consent

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
