HARINGEY COUNCIL - PUBLIC NOTICE VARIOUS LOCATIONS - PROPOSED INTRODUCTION/ AMENDMENT/REMOVAL OF WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND PARKING PLACES THE HARINGEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201* THE HARINGEY (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER 201* AND VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AMENDMENT ORDERS T32
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Harlngey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to: -

a) convert current single yellow line waiting restrictions and single kerb blips loading restrictions opposite No. 197 Lordship Lane N17 into double yellow lines waiting restrictions and double kerb blip loading restrictions operating at any time;

b) introduce new double yellow lines waiting restrictions operating at any time in Cecil Road N10 and Roseberry Road N10 at their junction;

c) introduce new double yellow lines waiting restrictions operating at any time in Cecil Road N10 and Curzon Road N10 at their junction;

d) introduce new double yellow line waiting restrictions operating at any time from the bus stop outside Long Ridges, towards the dropped kerb outside No:140 in Fortis Green Road N10 by the junction with Midhurst Road N10;

e) extend the lengths of the existing double yellow line waiting restrictions and double kerb blips in High Road N22 Adjacent to to its junction with Earlham Grove N22;

f) introduce double kerb no loading blips operating at any time into the whole length of Leeside Road N17 on both sides of the road;

g) convert current single yellow line waiting restrictions between Nos. 150 and 170 Park Road N8 into double yellow lines waiting restrictions operating at any time;

h) remove parking spaces, sections of single yellow line and double yellow line waiting restrictions outside Kestrel House School on Crouch Hill N8 in order to introduce school keep clear markings;

i) remove a parking space and replace it with single yellow line waiting restrictions operating at zone hours outside the garages of Flat 1 Paul Court on Lancaster Road N4;

j) remove existing parking spaces and extend the lengths of double yellow line waiting restrictions on both sides of the road in Commercial Road N17;
k) convert residents permit holders only parking bays into permit holders only bays outside and opposite the Salvation Army Hall on Terront Road N15;
I) convert existing, uncontrolled, parking bays into shared use permit holders or pay by phone operation in Lordship Lane N22, opposite Bruce Castle Court, the Probation Office and the Magistrates Court;
m) introduce a loading bay, operating Mondays to Saturdays between 8 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. with a maximum stay period of 1 hour and no return within one hour in Culvert Road N15 near the new shopping areas on Edgecote Grove Estate;
n) convert a shared use parking space into a doctor's parking place outside the flank wall of No. 575 Green Lanes, in Allison Road N8;
o) convert two current doctor bays outside No. :26 Southern Road N2 into pay by phone parking bays;
p) introduce a disabled persons parking place outside Flat 2 and
4 Belmont Road N15;

q) introduce a disabled persons parking place outside No. 30
Seymour Avenue N17; r) remove an existing disabled persons parking place outside No.
5 Baden Road N8;

s) remove an existing disabled persons parking place outside No. 17 Cranbrook Park N22.
3. Copies of the proposed Orders, and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders, and plans showing the location and effect of the Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at

4. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Traffic Management Group, River Park House, 1st floor, 225, High Road, Wood Green, N22 8HQ or to traffic.orders@haringey.

within 21 days from the date of this Notice.
