League leaders Radlett slumped to a seven-wicket defeat to third-placed North Mymms in the Herts Premier Division on Saturday.

Radlett won the toss and opted to bat first but the side failed to take advantage of this as they were dismissed for 160.

Opener Fraser Crawford only managed 15 but his partner Kabir Toor made a bigger impact hitting 61. Jonathan McLean scored 33 and Matt Crease came in lower down the order to score 21.

North Mymms made short work of chasing down the total for the loss of three wickets in just 25.2 overs. Radlett struggled to put them under any pressure and only Ben Lederman (two for 20) and Rob Clements (one for 18) made any inroads in a disappointing result.

It was only their second league defeat this season and the table-toppers will look to respond this Saturday when they take on Hemel Hempstead Town.

Radlett Seconds eased to a six-wicket victory over Old Owens in Division Two A.

After winning the toss, Old Owens batted first but struggled as they were skittled out for 136. Daniel Foster was the pick of the bowlers returning figures of five for 22. Robin Willis claimed an impressive two for eight while Ross Carpenter finished with two for 26.

In reply, Joshua Charles scored 39 alongside 33 from Hugh McDowell and 30 from Michael Lee which fired them to a one-sided victory.

Radlett Thirds were fortunate to earn a draw against Hitchin Seconds in Division Five A.

Hitchin managed to score a decent total of 255 for four. Radlett never looked like surpassing this and were probably relieved to avoid defeat as they limped to 190 for eight from their innings.

The Fourths were also held by Bovingdon in Division Seven B.

Radlett posted a score of 237 for nine from 53 overs. This match hung in the balance but Bovingdon just missed on victory as they finished on 234 for eight.

Shenley Village eased to a five-wicket win over Reed in the Championship.

Reed batted first but were dismissed for 156 and Shenley Village reached the target in the space of just 19.4 overs.

The Seconds drew with Reed Seconds in Division Five B.

Reed scored 234 for nine from their innings. In reply Shenley only managed 130 for six from 47 overs.

Shenley Village Thirds defeated London Colney Seconds by seven wickets in Division Nine B.

After Colney scored 182 for seven, Shenley chased down the total for the loss of just three wickets.

The Fourths lost by ten runs to Frogmore Seconds in Regional Division B West.

Frogmore scored 258 for seven which which was just too much for Shenley Village as they were bowled out for 248 in 40 overs.
