Boreham Wood have bolstered their forward options with the signing of Hemel Hempstead Town striker Lewis Toomey.
The pacey frontman had yet to score in five appearances for the Conference South side this season and has previously turned out for Kings Langley, Chalfont St Peter and Hitchin Town.
Toomey had originally joined the Wood in January 2013 before agreeing a dual registration with Hitchin, netting a hat-trick against Hemel in April. He re-signed for Dean Brennan's side in May 2013.
Director of football Steve Boone told the Tudors' site: "Boreham Wood made an approach and an offer which was accepted by our club. They have been totally professional, easy to deal with and first class in their approach."
"We thank Lewis for his service, his contributions particularly last season and wish him all the best at Borehamwood FC."
