Boreham Wood's Skrill South clash against Farnborough this evening has been postponed after heavy rain left the pitch unplayable.

Wood would've been hoping to build on their 2-2 draw against Dover Athletic on Saturday - a result which extended their unbeaten run to three matches.

Wood started the game brightly but fell behind in the 23rd minute as Barry Cogan’s free kick was spilt by James Russell and Jeff Goulding was on hand to dispatch the rebound.

It was a lead Dover held until the second period but two goals in two minutes turned the game in Wood’s favour.

The first was an own goal as Graeme Montgomery sent a free kick into the penalty area and Terrell Forbes glanced his header into his own net.

Seconds later and the hosts were ahead as Craig Stone drilled a long range strike in off the post.

Wood then took control of the contest but they were unable to find a third goal and, with ten minutes remaining, Dover equalised.

Mark Jones fouled Sean Raggett in the area and Goulding dispatched the resultant penalty to earn his side a share of the points.
