I would like to know how a person who has three cars, one being a large truck, is allowed to park them in front of the bungalows on Gibbons Close in Borehamwood, thus leaving just two parking spaces free for anyone else who lives there?
Maybe if I bought a minibus I too would be allowed to park outside my bungalow. I did apply for a parking permit for my own car but the council won’t give me one, yet this person can get away with parking two cars and a truck outside the bungalows.
I find this situation disgusting as obviously this person has no consideration for other drivers. Why don’t the council step in?
