I would like to apologise for my letter last week stating that Cowley Hill pupils sang at the All Saints Concert (‘Christmas lights switch-on success’, Your Views, December 4).
It was in fact Meryfield School pupils who charmed us with their singing.
In particular, their performance of Pie Angelicus in Latin was mind-blowing.
I would also like to thank Borehamwood Brass for playing at the Christmas lighting switch-on. Their Christmas music cheered us all.
About 150 people also attended a fantastic concert held by the BBC band concert on December 1 and enjoyed a wide range of music.
