Having just arrived in Borehamwood, which I do frequently to see friends and family, I was told the planters near the cinema are going to have fresh look for the 100 years centenary in Borehamwood. But can anyone tell me why no attention has been given to the nine large planters in The Boulevard? Does no one care?
What’s the point of all this celebration of 100 years if the council can’t see its way to giving the town a well deserved facelift?
