The financial difficulties encountered by anti-violence charity MAMAA, at a time when knife and gun violence is so prominent, should come as an embarrassment to the Government.
Borehamwood mother Lyn Costello and her fellow campaigners are working for a cause every parent would want to be involved with.As the number of young people involved in knife and gun crime appears to rise almost uncontrollably, it is of paramount importance that a long-term financial solution be reached for MAMAA.It is time the Government helped to stop violence by fully supporting brave people like Mrs Costello who work tirelessly for a worthwhile cause.
