Brighton-born Willoughby, who is best-known for co-presenting ITV1's Dancing On Ice with Phillip Schofield from Stage 2 at Elstree Studios, gave birth to Harry James at 1.18pm today (Monday 11th May 2009).
This Morning presenter, Schofield, is said to have been the first celebrity to have congratulated Holly and her husband, Dan (Baldwin), online.
Mother and baby Harry (who weighed in at 7lbs 4oz) are both said to be "doing fine", according to Willoughby's manager.
