THE inquiry has adjourned for the day and will resume with cross-examinaton of Mr Hargreaves at 9.30am tomorrow.
The crucial cross-examination is scheduled to last four hours and Helioslough's barrister Martin Kingston decided, after a tea break and a brief quarrel about how Network Rail's views were to be established, there was no point in starting so late in the day.
