DOCTOR Faustus will be selling his soul to the devil in Borehamwood next week, at a production at The Ark theatre.
The Watford Palace Theatre has been touring with the Christopher Marlowe play to other venues and schools around the county. The theatre company have worked with Hertfordshire County Council to create the production.
Faustus is the ultimate tragic hero torn between gaining infinite fame and fortune or repenting before it is too late.
The universal themes within Doctor Faustus have allowed the play to survive since it was first performed in 1592.
The play will be held at The Ark theatre, Hertswood School, Thrift Farm Lane, Borehamwood on Thursday, February 11 at 7.30pm.
