A 28-year-old man has been charged with five counts of burglary and one charge of attempted burglary.

Jake Lloyd, 28, of Theobald Street, Borehamwood, was remanded in custody and appeared at Hatfield Remand Court on Monday following his arrest.

He was further remanded in prison until his next court appearance on June 22.

He has been charged with burglaries at:

  • Melrose Ave, Borehamwood, on May 20
  • Furzehill Road, Borehamwood, on May 16
  • Well End Road, Borehamwood, on May 12
  • Sullivan Way, Elstree, on April 30
  • Watford Road, St Albans, between April 21 and 26.

He has also been charged with an attempted burglary at an address in Theobald Street on May 16.
