A community organisation have announced they will run under the new name ‘Allum Manor’.
For more than 20 years, Elstree, Borehamwood and District Community Association (EBDCA) have hosted a number of community events at the hall on Allum Lane.
But they will now trade as ‘Allum Manor – House and Hall’.
Announcing the change at an AGM on November 29, chairman Jim McKean said: “We wanted to highlight the unique features of Allum Manor and decided to use the services of local professional designers, printers, sign manufacturers and other suppliers.” “We want to spread the message that Allum Manor is here to be enjoyed by all our community.”
After a comprehensive review of marketing activities the Board of Trustees authorised a complete re-brand and a more active marketing programme to increase awareness of the Hall and the House, and so increase the service they deliver to the community.
