It’s Wednesday which mean we’re halfway through the week, so here’s your daily traffic, travel and weather update to get you started off in the right direction.
Weather
The Met Office is predicting a dry start to the day but with cloud, rain and winds strengthening as the day progresses. Maximum temperatures predicted to reach 21C.
Traffic
On the M25 anticlockwise, traffic is very slow due to an earlier accident after J19 (Watford). The crash has now been moved onto the hard shoulder but traffic is currently backed up to J21.
Verulam Road is St Albans remains closed in both directions due to a collapsed sewer between Portland Street and Hill Street. It is due to reopen on July 31.
Public transport
There are currently no incidents to report.
