Police stopped and searched a man and found him to be in possession of cannabis.
Between 1.40pm to 1.50pm on Wednesday July 20, the 17 year old man was stopped by police in Clarendon Road, Borehamwood.
The offender was detained as part of a stop and search where officers found some herbal cannabis in his hand and jacket pocket.
He was not arrested but police will be speaking with him today.
