Now in its 60th year, the festival will kick off with the Carnival Parade at Brook Road car park on June 18, at 1.45pm.
The festival, that runs from tomorrow to July 10, will host a range of events including ‘Elstree and Borehamwood’s Got Talent’, a skate park awareness day and a dance class.
There will also be an Elstree Productions Theatre Company performance, a museum walk and a flower show.
Neighbours are invited to come and cheer tomorrow's procession as it makes its way down Shenley Road, Theobald Street, Aycliffe Road, Leeming Road and Brook Road.
