Learn to grow your own vegetables
Gardeners will learn more about to grow healthy vegetables at an event.
The Borehamwood & District Garden Craft Society is inviting people to Allum Manor House, in Allum Lane, Elstree.
Richard Higgins, soil scientist, will give people tips on how to create the perfect compost.
It will be held from 7pm to 9pm on July 23. Entrance is £3 for members and £4 for non-members.
