A parliamentary candidate met with members of a church congregation.
Oliver Dowden, who is standing for the Conservatives in Hertsmere, attended the Radlett United Free Church Lunch Club.
The group exchanged memories of Radlett and discussed issues in the area.
He said: "I really enjoyed my visit to the Radlett Lunch Club. Meeting with residents is the best part of being a candidate. Each person has their own story to tell and it was fascinating to hear some of them today.
"The Radlett United Free Church has been running this service for 30 years and long may it continue."
