People can have their say on the way betting shops, bingo halls and other forms of gambling are regulated.
Hertsmere Borough Council is reviewing its gambling policy, which is looked at every three years.
Public responses can end up being incorporated into the policy.
Senior licensing officer Sue Hardy said: “It’s important we give everyone the opportunity to comment on how we deal with these licences and applications so please get in touch by February 16."
The consultation runs from January 19 to February 16, and a draft statement of the policy can be viewed at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/gamblingreview For more information, or a hard copy, contact the licensing team at licensing.services@hertsmere.gov.uk or on 020 8207 7435.
