Hertsmere Borough Council has announced its office opening times over Christmas and the New Year.
The authority's offices in Potters Bar will be closed throughout the festive season from Monday, December 22 to Friday, January 2.
Borehamwood’s civic offices, off Elstree Way, will be closed on December 25 and 26, along with January 1 and 2.
Offices will open from 9am to 2pm on December 24 and 31, along with from 9am to 5.15pm on December 22, 23, 29 and 30.
In an emergency outside of office hours, residents are reminded to call 0845 300 0021 for drainage, environmental health, housing homelessness, trees and dangerous structures.
Hertfordshire County Council should be contacted on 0300 123 4040 for highways and other county council services and 020 8235 7040 for housing repairs.
