A primary school turned into a school for superheroes for a day to raise money for charity.
Kenilworth Primary School's children and staff dressed up as 'crusaders' for the day, and pupils were encouraged to think about the qualities they need to show when caring for someone in need.
Younger pupils in Nursery and Reception classes were asked to think about what their small donation would do to help other children.
A total of £185 was raised during the fancy dress day, which will be donated to Children in Need.
Headteacher Samantha Jayasuriya said: “They all had a great time and are now putting together a superhero book to remind themselves about how they can continue to help each other over the year.”
