So Woodcock Hill Open Space 4 Ever! (WHOSE!) received its £10,000 for legal costs to create a village green' to the east of Borehamwood.

A pity that at the same Elstree and Borehamwood Town Council meeting that approval was given, councillors were not making a similar grant to the Brookside Boys Club.

Will the £10,000 be the final payment or will the council be budgeting costs for clearing the site of rubbish?

Will the council be prepared to put up funds to protect the listed Conservation Area to the west of Borehamwood (where plots are marked out), although Hertsmere Borough Councils state this cannot happen until 2011.
