The tension is mounting outside Elstree Studios as eager crowds wait to discover the identity of the latest celebrities to enter the Big Brother house.

Fans are braving strong winds and the threat of storms to be at the launch of the 13th series of Celebrity Big Brother.

Speculation is rife concerning the identity of the latest contestants, with The Only Way Is Essex star Sam Faiers and Made in Chelsea hunk Ollie Locke spotted entering a secret location.

US model Jasmine Waltz, N-Dubz rapper Dappy and Blue singer Lee Ryan have been named among possible housemates, with more far-fetched suggestions including Katie Price and Khloe Kardashian.

According to reports, tonight’s launch show will see the new arrivals split into pairs and handcuffed to the person they are most likely to love or hate.

Former contestant Carol McGiffin will become head panelist on Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Psych.

Emma Willis will resume hosting duties for the main show and former X Factor contestant Rylan Clark will return to co-present Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side with her.

The set of the Channel 5 show recently underwent a makeover for the new series, with topiary peacocks, golden angels and a giant stuffed polar bear among the latest additions.

The show airs at 9pm tonight.
