Baby fair to raise cash for Great Ormond Street
11:03am Monday 15th October 2012 in News By Anna Slater
A baby and toddler fair is hoped to help raise hundreds of pounds for Great Ormond Street.
The event, to be held at the Village Hotel, Elstree Way, will also feature raffle prizes in aid of the children’s charity.
Celebrity chef Annabel Karmel will also be on hand to dish out tips on nutritious cooking for babies and toddlers.
Organisers, Sharon Rosenblatt and Talya Zysblat will also be canvassing the hall with money boxes in an attempt to raise cash for the charity.
The pair have decided to hold the event because Mrs Rosneblatt, a midwife, works closely with Great Ormond Street so said the work is “close to her heart”.
The entrance fee of £5.50 will also be donated to the hospital.
People are invited to the event, which will be held on Sunday, November 11, from 10am to 4pm.
