2:44pm Saturday 13th October 2012 in News By Amie Mulderrig
Amateur dramatic society The Radlett Players are to perform comedy Round and Round the Garden for their Autumn show.
The play by Alan Ayckbourn, is the last in the trilogy of The Norman Conquests, a dove-tailed account of events at a county house over one weekend; in the dining room, living room, and in this case – the garden.
Member Pauline Mead said: “The show will act as Colin Cook's debut as a director although he has many years experience on the stage.
“Rehearsals are going well; there have been lots of laughs.”
Round and Round the Garden will be shown at The Radlett Centre, from Wednesday, November 7 until Saturday, November 10.
Tickets for Wednesday’s and Thursday’s performances cost £11, £10 for concessions, Friday: £12 and Saturday: £13.
The Radlett Playersare a small but very active amateur dramatic society that performs a play in both Spring and Autumn, in Radlett.
