Driver hospitalised after crash

A driver was rushed to hospital after a car crash this morning.

The man in his 40s was driving along Barnet Lane, Borehamwood, when his car collided with another vehicle.

He received injuries to his back and head and was taken to Barnet General Hospital for further care.

A driver? Two people I know drove past just after it happened (the emergency services had been called by then) and both seemed to think it was a cyclist that was involved? Fella lying in the road with a backpack on and a bloody face. Either way I hope he's ok!
