Charity concert in Radlett Centre to raise money for Elizabeth's Legacy of Hope
1:10pm Monday 8th October 2012 in News By Anna Slater
People are invited to a charity concert to help raise cash for kids with prosthetic limbs next week.
The comedy piano recital will support Elizabeth’s Legacy of Hope, which helps provide free limbs for children as far as Africa.
The charity was founded by twin sisters, Sarah Hope and Elizabeth Bacon, after the pair’s mother Elizabeth was killed in a bus crash in Mortlake.
Her granddaughter, Pollyanna, then aged two, lost her leg and now requires the use of a prosthetic limb.
Performer Alex Ainley will be playing a range of musical parodies and a raffle will also be held.
It will be held at the Radlett Centre, in Aldenham Avenue, on Friday, October at 7.45pm.
