Severe delays on M1 entering London

There are severe delays on the M1 southbound near Junction 4 at Edgware this morning due to an earlier broken down vehicle.
Traffic jams are stretching back to Junction 7, but all lanes have now been reopened.
Overnight roadworks also over ran, causing earlier delays.
