Affinity Sutton housing manager cautioned after admitting assault
10:36am Tuesday 25th September 2012 in News By Anna Slater
A housing manager has been cautioned by police after admitting assaulting a teenage girl.
Brian Conbeer, a manager at Affinity Sutton, in Elstree Way, Borehamwood, handed himself in to police in Truro, Cornwall, last week.
The 33-year-old, of Bovingdon Court, Hemel Hempstead, had been due to appear in court on October 1 charged with assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
But, after changing his plea and making a full admission of guilt, the Crown Prosecution Service consulted with the victim who accepted he should be cautioned.
The Borehamwood & Elstree Times is awaiting comment from the housing association.
