Performers to put on pantomime to remember thanks to Hertsmere Borough Council

Performers will be putting on a pantomime to remember, thanks to Hertsmere Borough Council.
Herts Inclusive Theatre, a charity working with disabled and non-disabled children, young people and adults, has received £300 from Hertsmere Borough Council’s Ward Improvement Initiative Scheme (WIIS).
The money will be spent on hiring The Ark theatre for a rehearsal and pantomime in January.
Caroline England, Artistic Director from Herts Inclusive Theatre, said: "We are thrilled to receive this funding from the council. This is our first ever pantomime with members, so it is a very exciting opportunity to create our own panto and perform it in the theatre.
“Our theatre group helps everyone, no matter what their age or involvement, to grow and learn through the arts.
“Having the opportunity to perform on a stage in front of their loved ones is a unique opportunity. I am sure they will all shine under the stage lights."
Herts Inclusive Theatre meets on a regular basis at The Bushey Centre, High Street, Bushey and aims to build confidence, communication skills and to encourage social inclusion.
