The head of housing at Affinity Sutton is due to appear in court after being charged with beating a girl of 13.
Brian Conbeer, 33, of Bovingdon Court, Hemel Hempstead, was charged with assault by beating after the allegations in April in Truro, Cornwall.
Affinity Sutton, based in Elstree Way, Borehamwood, provides affordable housing to residents living in Hertsmere.
Mr Conbeer has previously worked with residents in Borehamwood and Potters Bar. The trial will begin at Truro Magistrates Court on October 1.

Does the Borehamwood Times condone child abuse perhaps? - My comments were not rude, racist or illegal so either Mr Convict, er Conbeer complained or the Times has a censoring department too scared to print what people of Borehamwood think.
