Police and helicopter swarm Radlett High Street yesterday

Helicopter and police cars swarmed Radlett in the early hours of yesterday evening.
Eyewitnesses took to Twitter to report seeing around 20 police cars and a helicopter in the High Street at around 5.45pm.
The Borehamwood and Elstree Times is awaiting further details from Hertfordshire Police.
