Ramblers are invited to take part in an organised walk tomorrow.
Experienced health walk leader and Red Cross first aid volunteer David Bagon will lead the walk.
Participants are asked to ensure they wear appropriate footwear and clothing, bearing in mind weather conditions.
Walkers are asked to meet outside Aldenham Church for 2pm.
The walk will last three miles, along the River Colne.
